• Key Duties: 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism and ADHD

 
The Role
As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have Autism and ADHD, providing tailored 1:1 and small group support. You will assist with classroom activities, implement personalised learning strategies, and help create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
 
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong interest in SEN education, psychology, or a related field. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN—whether in a school, voluntary, or care setting—is beneficial but not required.
