We’re looking for a Senior or Associate-level Structural Engineer to join our dynamic and growing client, renowned for delivering exceptional engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects in the UK and overseas.

🚀 The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, efficient, and buildable structural designs. From concept through to construction, you'll liaise closely with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring excellence at every stage.

As a Senior/Associate Structural Engineer, you’ll:

• Lead and deliver a variety of challenging projects across sectors
• Mentor junior engineers and support the growth of the engineering team
• Engage directly with clients and design teams, contributing from pre-acquisition stages
• Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability are embedded in every solution
• Use your technical expertise to problem-solve creatively and confidently

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Chartered (or nearly Chartered) with IStructE or ICE
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects
• Strong communication and project management skills
• A passion for technical excellence and innovative thinking
• Experience across a range of sectors – residential, commercial, conservation, and specialist structures – is a plus
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire
