About Us
We are a leading manufacturer of timber pallets, crates, and boxes from our 5-acre site in Mark, Somerset. We also repair and recondition damaged pallets, restoring them to their original condition. Alongside this, we produce a range of quality timber garden products and stock complementary items from carefully selected suppliers.

The Role
We’re looking for Pallet Manufacturers to join our team. You’ll be working in a team environment, manufacturing pallets using hand tools and automated machinery. Full training is provided.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:30 pm
• Occasional Saturday mornings, subject to demand
• Overtime rate applies for hours worked over 40

Key Responsibilities

• Using hand tools and machinery to manufacture pallets
• Manual handling tasks
• Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety
• Minimising waste wherever possible
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Physical fitness for a demanding and repetitive role
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, or using hand tools is advantageous but not essential
