The Role
You’ll teach general science at KS3 and your specialism at KS4, including Triple Science. The department is well-resourced and benefits from strong leadership, a collaborative team culture, and access to modern laboratories. You’ll be expected to plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons, support student progress through accurate assessment, and contribute to wider departmental activities such as science fairs or STEM clubs.
 
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4. Whether your background is in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, you'll need to demonstrate strong subject knowledge, high expectations, and a passion for your field. Recent classroom experience and a track record of helping students achieve strong outcomes are highly desirable.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply and will be supported by an experienced and encouraging leadership team.
