The Role
A Good-rated secondary school in Walsall is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Female PE Teacher to join their department from February 2026 on a full-time, long-term supply basis. The role involves delivering high-quality Physical Education lessons, promoting active lifestyles, teamwork, and positive participation across the curriculum.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging PE lessons, managing equipment and facilities, and maintaining high standards of behaviour and inclusion. The role may also involve contributing to extracurricular sports activities, depending on experience and interest.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Hold QTS (or be an ECT)
- Have experience teaching PE at secondary level
- Be confident delivering a range of physical activities
- Demonstrate strong behaviour and classroom management
- Be organised, energetic, and committed to pupil wellbeing
