Children’s Team Manager, Knowsley
Pay rate, £40.24 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Team Manager to join the following teams – CLA, CP, CWD and Care Leavers.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Leadership and management skills to motivate a team of social workers.
The ability to analyse complex information and make informed decisions.
The ability to understand trends from research and apply them to practice improvements.
Change management skills to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.
The ability to stay up to date with best practice and new developments.
