Pay rate £37 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified social Worker to join an Integrated Front Door - Referral and Assessment Service.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
To provide and enable the Department to provide an efficient and effective social work duty service. In doing so, the main purpose of the job is to complete Contacts and Referrals and make decisions regarding children needing statutory or early help support using the Threshold Document.
·         The provision of a purposeful, professional social work duty service to children and families and partner agencies within the Integrated Front Door in accordance with statutory requirements and Departmental Policies.
·         To contribute to the planning and development of the Team’s and the Department’s Referral and Assessment Services as required and as appropriate.
·         To participate in the organisation and administration of the work of the post so that the job of providing the service gets done.
·         To provide management information to assist in the setting, implementing, and monitoring of the Department’s strategies and services
