Location: Neath
Salary: PAYE: £12.45 per hour | Umbrella: £15.79 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 7.5 hours per day)
Contract Type: Temporary (12 weeks, until end of September 2025)

Join Our Team with Network Recruitment Wales! Are you a hardworking and reliable individual looking to contribute to maintaining South Wales’ high-speed road network? Network Recruitment Wales is seeking 10 Grass Cutters for a temporary 12-week assignment.

About the Role:
As a Grass Cutter, you will work within protected (traffic-managed) sites on the high-speed road network, primarily focusing on grass cutting and general labouring duties. Key responsibilities include:
  • Undertaking grass cutting and related tasks as directed.
  • Working safely within traffic-managed environments, adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Using provided equipment following comprehensive training
  • Maintaining professional conduct and appropriate behaviours on protected sites.
Standard hours are 37.5 per week (Monday–Friday, 7.5 hours per day), with potential for additional night or weekend work based on operational needs and your skills/experience.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • Physical fitness for labour-intensive outdoor work.
  • Willingness to learn and follow training for equipment use and site safety.
