Warehouse Operative - Reach Truck

We are on looking for two reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Northampton, NN7, with immediate start.

This is a temporary role, but could lead to an on going position for the right candidates, and it is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and MHE skills.

🕗 Shift pattern:

1x Monday - Friday, 06:00-14:00
1x Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, loading, and unloading goods using RF scanners
• Operating dock-level bay doors
• Communicating effectively with delivery drivers
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Certification in Reach Truck, and experience with Counterbalance/T20
• Strong communication skills and a good level of English
• A professional, reliable, and hard-working attitude
