ERP Application Specialist

A leading UK manufacturer and distributor of specialist goods is seeking an ERP Application Specialist to join its dedicated IT team. This position plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the central ERP platform that underpins core manufacturing and supply‑chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the ERP system and associated business applications
• Diagnose and resolve real‑time system issues
• Drive continuous improvement and support ERP upgrade activity
• Lead system enhancement initiatives and improvement projects
• Manage user and system administration tasks
• Liaise with vendors and third‑party partners
• Improve reporting processes and support automation opportunities

Essential Experience

• Strong technical/functional understanding of ERP solutions
• Background in manufacturing or supply‑chain environments
• Solid project management capability
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of on‑prem to SaaS migration activities

Desirable: Experience supporting EDI solutions.

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + 25 days holiday + benefits
