Recruitment Officer
Location: Carmarthenshire (Hybrid: 1-2 days office, rest from home)
Contract: 10th March 2025 – 25th May 2025
Hours: 37 hours/week, Mon–Thu 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Fri 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: £13.26 - £15.99 per hour + agency support benefits

Uphold safe recruitment—managing DBS checks, references, and pre-employment steps.
Analyse data, draft procedures, and train managers to boost recruitment efficiency.
Evaluate roles for grading, advise on equality, and pitch in across Employee Services as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: GCSE/O-level standard, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent recruitment experience.
Skills: Proactive, tech-savvy, with strong communication and analytical abilities.
Experience: Comfort working with people, systems, and data at all levels.
Qualities: Initiative-driven, adaptable, discreet, and committed to growth.
Bonus Points: HR or recruitment background—especially in a council setting.
