Job Description

Pertemps West Midlands and Shropshire driving division are looking for an experienced HGV 2 driver on a temp to perm basis to join one of our prestigious clients based in Wolverhampton.

 The roles will entail and not limited to:
  • Driving Category C vehicle
  • Conducting daily/weekly pre-journey safety checks, ensuring the truck remains in a safe, roadworthy condition.
  • Completing national and local deliveries
  • Delivering to stores and retail parks
  • Unloading will be required with assistance from stores.
  • Potential night out may be required on specific route
To be considered for this HGV 2 driver role you will need:
  • Category C entitlement (MUST OF HELD FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS)
  • 6 Months experience driving C Class vehicles
  • Valid Tacho and DQC cards
  • Friendly, professional, and dedicated to great customer service
  • An outstanding work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to support when needed
  • PAYE Only
