Job Description

IT Infrastructure Network Project Manager - Dublin based covering EMEA - €70K/€80K p.a.
              
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Network Project Manager to oversee and manage the network and IT infrastructure aspects of office relocations and new builds across EMEA. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, real estate, construction, and vendors, to ensure seamless design, implementation, and delivery of network solutions for new office spaces or during office relocations.
 
Projects are predominantly Infrastructure and heavily Network focussed. Covering internal office moves, new office builds or office refreshes.   
 
This involves the project management of installing/ circuits/ hardware, managing project deliverables for various IT services, milestones, Project reporting, resource management, procurement including project budget & financial control.
 
This can be quite a hands-on coalface role and the tasks will include (but not limited to):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management
  • Proven experience in managing office relocations and new office build projects, specifically related to IT and network infrastructure
  • Scope validation with customer/ Manage stakeholders during project lifecycle
  • Allocation of resource
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Manage and control Project timelines/ Milestones.
  • Manage implementation activities.
  • Previous exposure to Leading Projects for EMEA Locations according to corporate standards
  • Manage project budget and approvals.
  • Manage RFC / Change Requests.
  • Financial forecasting
  • Happy to sometimes be involved with the nitty gritty i.e. supplier liaison for ordering kit etc.
  • Knowledge of management project tools.
  • ITIL certificate
  • Relevant industry-recognised Service Delivery and/or Project Management qualifications.
