Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in our Trafford Park Village office, specialising in contract and temporary industrial placements

The Pertemps Manchester team are growing and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join them in their bright and modern office in Trafford Park. The focus of this role will be to develop strong relationships with candidates and clients supporting them with contract and temporary industrial positions.

This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking for the chance to work within a collaborative, forward thinking, recruitment agency that can provide the tools and training needed to become a successful top biller. Whilst we are open to applications from candidates with varying experience levels, we are interested in speaking with candidates that have a minimum of two years previous exposure and understanding of the recruitment industry.

About You

• You will have +2 years experience within agency recruitment.
• You will be capable and confident making business development calls.
• You have drive and ambition to accelerate your career and earning potential.
• You want to work in a fast paced environment amongst excellent sales people.
• You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Role Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Craft bespoke recruitment campaigns to source relevant candidates on behalf of our clients.
• Proactively advertise roles you're recruiting for by posting on job boards and social media.
• Manage multiple job vacancies at the same time, with the ability to effectively prioritise.
• Arrange and attend visits to client premises to gain valuable insights into how their business works.
• Direct sales activity such as calls, email campaigns and networking events.
