We’re continuing to grow our teams, and specifically we’re looking for a Temp Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a consultant who is interested in joining an excellent team of experienced passionate recruiters, whilst being provided plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development.
 
Role Responsibilities
As a Temp Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and manage strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process - from business development, candidate delivery and after-care.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Source, screen, and place quality candidates with our clients.
• Stay on top of market trends to provide a consultative approach, delivering expert advice and talent insights.

 
About you
We are eager to speak with personable, confident communicators who can also demonstrate:

• Experience in B2B Sales or Customer Service is advantageous.
• Honesty, transparency and reliability to both clients and candidates.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to pick up the phone and speak to anyone.
• Resilience and the ability to keep focused on the end goal.
