Job Description

Pertemps is currently recruiting experienced and reliable 3.5T Delivery Drivers to work with Parcelforce in Carlisle. As the face of the UK's most trusted delivery service, you'll be playing a key role in connecting communities—delivering letters and parcels efficiently and professionally.
Your Role
  • Driving a 3.5T Royal Mail vehicle on pre-planned routes.
  • Collecting and delivering mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses.
  • Loading and unloading vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service at every doorstep.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Recent experience driving a 3.5T van.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good local knowledge of Carlisle.
  • Willingness to complete a criminal background check (DBS).

  • Working Hours: 08:18:00 Monday to Friday
  • Pay Rate: £14.63
  • Duration of Assignment: 10/04/2026
