Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Temp to Perm – £13 per hour

We’re looking for enthusiastic people with great customer service skills who want to kickstart their career in recruitment. No experience? No problem – we provide full training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speaking with candidates and clients every day
• Building strong relationships and understanding their needs
• Writing engaging job adverts and managing applications
• Coordinating interviews and supporting placements
• Learning the ropes of the full recruitment process

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicators
• A positive, can-do attitude with resilience
• Up for a challenge and eager to learn
• Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
