Your Responsibilities:
- Play a Crucial Role: Support the CTO by leading technical efforts and client-facing interactions while staying hands-on with the codebase.
- Build Scalable Applications: Design, develop, and deploy robust server-side components and secure APIs using PHP, Vue.js, and other modern technologies.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product managers, in Agile environments.
- Lead with Communication: Use your excellent communication skills to mentor team members, foster collaboration, and ensure project alignment.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Adhere to FHIR and HL7 standards, GDPR/HIPAA regulations, and implement multi-layered security approaches.
- Deliver Excellence: Optimize SQL/NoSQL database performance, enhance front-end user experiences, and manage containerized deployments (Docker, AWS Lambda).
- Contribute to Best Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines, write clean code, and ensure seamless integration across systems.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a passion for technology and healthcare innovation. You’ll have:
- Technical Expertise: Strong skills in PHP Laravel, Typescript, SQL/NoSQL, Vue.js/ React
- Health-tech Experience: Previous experience in the Healthtech space or similar security-based environments.
- API Development Knowledge: Experience creating scalable APIs (REST, Web API, etc.) and integrating distributed systems.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor peers, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- DevOps Familiarity: Exposure to containerization (Docker) and serverless platforms (AWS Lambda).
- Compliance & Standards: Proficiency in FHIR/HL7 standards and GDPR/HIPAA-compliant software development.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A detail-oriented approach with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
