End User Support Engineer
 
 
Are you an IT support specialist with expertise in Microsoft Intune? Join a global leader in the online gambling space at the forefront of digital innovation, providing on-site end-user support in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
 
 
This is an onsite position in the Ta’ Abiex office where the successful candidate will be required to work on a shift rota between 8am – 7pm.
 
 

The Role:
  • Device Management: Configure and manage laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Defender.
  • First-Line Support: Act as the primary IT contact, ensuring swift issue resolution and a seamless user experience.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for on-site IT equipment.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce security policies via Intune, managing BitLocker, Defender, and firewall configurations.
  • Application Deployment: Deploy and manage software applications while supporting end users.
 
 
What You Need:
✅ Proven IT operations experience.
✅ Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune for device provisioning and security.
✅ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to work on-site in Malta on a rotating shift schedule.
