Senior Mendix Developer required by leading Financial Services brand.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting, maintaining, designing and developing new and existing Mendix applications.

 

Working alongside Mendix Developers and Business Analysts, you will have the opportunity to act as a Team Lead and mentor other members of the team on projects, overseeing application security, improvements and enhancements. You will support and maintain the Mendix application portfolio and associated infrastructure, provide a timely response to software defects and incidents, as well as execute on small change development.

 

This team support thousands of internal users and external customers using Mendix applications, and have built a wide portfolio of Mendix solutions – from significant digital transformation initiatives to innovative cloud-based mobile apps - so there will be no shortage of varied and interesting project to build and stretch your Mendix skills on

 

What do you need

To be considered, you will have the following:

 

• Strong hands-on Mendix development experience (ideally holding the Mendix Intermediate, Advanced or Expert Certification)
• Experience of working in agile environments
• Basic knowledge of Cloud or DevOps concepts
• Skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies would be beneficial
• Strong problem solving skills
• You must have excellent communication skills and will ideally be able to demonstrate leadership skills and experience
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
