Lead from the front in a secure defence environment
We’re looking for a DV Cleared Lead Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of a Windows-focused infrastructure team within a highly secure, mission-critical programme.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical delivery with team management and operational accountability.
 
What you’ll be doing

• Leading and mentoring a Windows infrastructure team
• Owning service delivery and SLA performance
• Supporting design and delivery of infrastructure solutions
• Working closely with architects and programme stakeholders
• Ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement across services

 
What you’ll need

• Strong Windows/infrastructure engineering background
• Experience in secure or enterprise-scale environments
• Proven leadership or senior technical ownership experience
• Good understanding of SLAs, service delivery and operational support
