Your responsibilities will include:

- ⚙️ Tech Champion: Be the champion of new and innovative technologies to enhance the recruitment process & stay one step ahead of competitors.
- 💬 Program Participant Support: Manage participant queries and escalations, guiding them from pre-start to onboarding.
- 📢 Communication & Coordination: Set up communication channels, maintain workplace groups, and distribute core messaging and resources.
- ✅ Process Management: Oversee pre-hire audits, desk allocation, tech deployment, and other essential onboarding processes.
- 🎉 Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for onboarding events, including booking venues, managing budgets, and facilitating seamless event experiences.
- 🌐 Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruiting, Intern Managers, and other client teams to troubleshoot issues and meet program goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- 📅 6 months+ in program coordination, recruiting, or program management, with strong organizational and communication skills - high-volume scheduling is a must.
- ⚡ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and solve challenges proactively.
- 🔍 Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working in dynamic situations.
- 🧠 Proven ability to thrive and work cohesively with leaders in their field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 🧑🎓 Background in University Recruiting, Intern Programs, Operations, or Diversity Recruiting.
- 💻 Experience using Workday, or a similar ATS. Additional programmes to enhance scheduling is a big bonus!
Why Join This Team?
Join a collaborative, inclusive environment where you’ll have an impact on recruitment from day one. You'll be a part of the wider team within the bank, and have strong exposure to the teams you are recruiting for.
