Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Assistant with investor marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality investor presentations and managing CRM systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial presentations, and experience handling CRM software to maintain investor records and engagement tracking.

This is a temporary role to start ASAP, which could lead into a permanent opportunity if successful. 

You will have 4 - 7 years of experience either as an assistant, coordinator or administrator within the investment sector based in the investor relations team. 

Key Responsibilities
 
Presentation & Reporting
  • Assist in creating, editing, and refining investor presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high visual standards for all investor-facing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, and strategy) to gather necessary information for investor reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date investor presentation templates
 
CRM Management
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date investor data.
  • Track investor interactions, meetings, and correspondence.
 
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or executive support.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
