Team Assistant - Investment Firm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a vibrant, outgoing, and collaborative division within a top global investment firm.

Working closely with senior leadership — including MDs, Partners, Associates, and Analysts — you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring everything runs smoothly in this fast-moving division.

You’ll need to be extremely organised, proactive, and always one step ahead, keeping pace with a team that’s always on the move.

This is a role for an individual who is personable, confident, and sociable, who thrives on offering solutions in an environment that is effervescent, upbeat, and filled with opportunities to grow and develop. 

You will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience within a fast-paced environment like investment or professional services supporting a large team. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:

• Juggling and coordinating complex diaries and fast-changing schedules for a large, busy team
• Arranging international travel and handling related expenses — think global itineraries and seamless logistics
• Liaising directly with clients, senior stakeholders, and leadership 
• Supporting on ad-hoc projects, group events

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant in investment or professional services

This is a 12-month assignment — full-time, 5 days a week in the office, with potential to extend and become a permanent employee at this top firm - a firm that opens a lot of doors. 

£21.50 - £23.00 inclusive of holiday
