REGISTERED CARE HOME MANAGER
Location: GREATER MANCHESTER
Pertemps Professional Recruitment are currently recruiting for two Registered Care Home Managers for two adult care homes based within Greater Manchester.
 
The home’s are supporting adults with Mental Health needs, putting the residents at the forefront of their priority ensuring they received the right help at the right time.
 
We are looking to recruit highly motivated experienced individuals who have the appropriate skills to lead the homes through CQC improvements and take on the role of Registered Manager
 
Your role will be to manage all aspects of the Care home including the day to day operations, providing effective leadership as the Registered Manager
 
We are looking for individuals who have proven leadership and management skills.  Someone who is able to drive improvement and raise standards, working towards CQC recommendations.

The successful candidate will lead on driving improvements, shaping and developing the home, its systems, procedures, and protocols.
