Tool Hire Manager

I am currently working with a growing tool hire business who are looking for a Tool Hire Manager to add to the growth of the business.
You will generate profitable Tool Hire business by building relationships with customers with a mix of face to face and telephone activities to achieve maximum sales, whilst ensuring effective and efficient running of the Tool Hire.
Key Responsibilities:

• Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
• Understanding local market issues and communicate to Manager to support sales growth plans
• Working to deliver on key KPI’s for the team
• Develop a high performance culture and high colleague engagement
• Ensuring profitable customer relationships are built and maintained
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products and regulations, awareness of products and services and trends within the marketplace and identify future opportunities for the development of the hire range for the customers

Attractive package up to £45k and bonus scheme.
The role will be on site Monday to Friday in South Birmingham, with working alternate Saturdays.
