Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Social Worker to join a London Borough Council on a Locum basis.

You will be:

Joining the Adult Transitions Team; your role will be to:

Supporting Young People aged 18 – 25 with a learning disability, supporting their needs under the Care Act.
Completing visits and assessments.
Building relationships with Young People and Families.

Essentials:

A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as 2 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within a Transition Team/ Learning Disability.
Registered to Social Work England.
Right to work in the UK.
