Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Complex Care Team; your role will be to:

Managing complex case loads of Service Users with Learning/ Physical Disabilities/ Mental Health and Older Adults.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Addressing any urgent or complex situations, ensuring the appropriate care plans and assessments are carried out.
Maintaining an accurate records of patient interactions.

Essentials:

Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a hospital setting within Adult Social Work.
Right to work in the UK.
