Salary: £16.62 per hour

The successful candidate will be key in minimizing rent loss and ensuring properties are allocated accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be key in minimizing rent loss and ensuring properties are allocated accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of empty homes and allocations, working closely with Housing Officers to ensure timely sign-ups and reduce rent loss.
- Collaborate with external partners and local authorities to market and allocate homes effectively.
- Provide re-housing advice and assistance to prospective and existing customers.
- Build strong relationships with applicants, promoting our brand and values through a comprehensive pre-tenancy interview and verification process.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that empty home repairs and new developments meet quality standards.
- Prepare legal documents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Process notices, advertise properties, and shortlist applicants through CBL systems.
- Prepare sign-up packs and manage associated administration.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in social housing lettings.
- A strong working knowledge of housing software systems, office programs, and Outlook.
- No DBS check is required for this role.
