- Mentoring and Reporting: Mentor junior staff and ensure that all reports and documentation are clear, concise, and meet industry standards.

Requirements:

- Experience : At least 4 years of experience in flood risk management, with a proven track record in the delivery of FRAs and drainage strategies.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage and a solid understanding of hydraulic and hydrological modelling principles.

-  Knowledge of Planning Systems : In-depth knowledge of the UK planning system, including policies like the NPPF and the SuDS Manual.

- Communication and Management : Strong communication skills, both in client-facing and team management settings.

Benefits:

- Project Diversity: Work on a range of high-profile and challenging projects across different sectors, from urban developments to flood alleviation schemes.

- Career Development: Opportunity to develop your career within a leading consultancy, including mentoring responsibilities.

- Holidays: 26 days per year, increasing to 31 days with loyalty days, plus bank holidays.

- Hybrid Working: Flexible working arrangements.

-  Training and Development: Strong culture with access to mentoring from industry experts.

- Career Advancement: Fast-tracked progression for suitable candidates.

- Additional Opportunities:  Involvement in client-facing roles, business development, and marketing activities.
