Location: Wrexham
Hourly Rate: £12.21 (Days) | £13.43 (Nights)
Shifts: Monday to Friday - Rotating (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (Permanent opportunity after 3 months)
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing company in Wrexham as a General Operative.
This is a hands-on, full-time role in a fast-paced production environment, offering real prospects for long-term employment and career progression.
You will be working as part of a skilled, supportive team responsible for the assembly and inspection of products to high quality standards. We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and develop within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
" Assemble and handle products safely and efficiently
" Follow production plans and instructions accurately
" Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the work area
" Report any defects or issues to team leaders or supervisors
" Support colleagues to meet daily production targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:
" Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred
" A strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure
" Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production demands
" A team player with excellent communication skills
" Able to follow instructions and carry out repetitive tasks with consistency and care
" Comfortable working rotating shifts in a busy environment
