Job Description
Pay Rates
- Monday to Friday: £18.92 per hour
- Saturday: £28.38 per hour
- Sunday: £37.84 per hour
- Operating Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and in line with legal and company standards.
- Night trunk run to London
- Performing vehicle safety checks before and after each shift, reporting any issues promptly.
- Keeping accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and incidents.
- Liaising with customers and the transport team to ensure smooth operations.
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Class 1 driving role.
- Good understanding of UK driving laws and drivers’ hours regulations.
- A professional, safety-conscious approach to work.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge of UK road networks and route planning.
