OVERVIEW:
•The appointed paralegal will offer legal support in immigration cases from the initial stage through to representation at immigration tribunals
•You will advise clients on asylum, visa extensions, appeals, and other immigration matters
•Prepare and submit applications, statements, and supporting documents.
•The successful legal professional will have proven experience as a Level 2 immigration caseworker
•Advocacy experience would be advantageous but not a requirement
•You will have a strong understanding of immigration law and legal processes and the ability to handle a high caseload and manage multiple matters
•Excellent communication and organisational skills
