THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will take on a diverse caseload of criminal prosecution matters, including reviewing evidence, case files, and making charging decisions, preparing and presenting cases in court, providing legal advice, and conducting court advocacy.

THE CANDIDATE:
This position is open to qualified Solicitors and Barristers who hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales and have resided in the UK for a minimum of five years. The successful candidate should have 2 year's previous experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions, along with a genuine enthusiasm for this area of law or a willingness to learn. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to make well-reasoned judgments, and confident decision-making abilities.
