Entry-Level Accounts Administrator – Glasgow
Location: Glasgow
Salary: circa £25k

Are you looking to start your career in finance? My client, a well-established business based in Glasgow, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for an Entry-Level Accounts Assistant position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed an HND or degree in Accounting or Finance and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage and maintain the finance mailbox, ensuring queries are handled promptly
• Deal with supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team

About You:

• Recently completed an HND or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Ideally, you will have some previous work experience in a finance or administrative role (internship, placement, or similar)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
