Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading Manufacturer based in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position with flexible starting times.

Responsibilities as an Administrator:
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Processing orders from receipt of order through to invoicing and delivery
- Assist with customer product quotations
- Answering incoming calls and transferring accordingly
- Provide excellent customer service when handing enquiries
- Assisting with loan enquiries

Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft packages
- Team player

The Administrator role:
- Salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience
- 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible start time between 7.30am and 9.30am
- Officed based, Walworth Industrial Estate
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
