Are you looking for a new role in 2025? This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Management Accountant with strong analytical skills to join our well-established client based in the Reading area. This key role offers variety and will involve responsibility for group management reports, working closely with the wider finance teams."
 
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant include but are not limited to:
  • Partner FP&A and financial reporting teams.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports.
  • Develop high-quality performance reports, analysis, and commentary.
  • Build and maintain relationships to understand performance drivers and cost trends.
  • Analyse P&L and cash flow and the provision of insights.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Reporting team.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc activities.
 
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Qualified accountant with strong management reporting.
  • Experienced in developing reports, conducting analyses, performing reconciliations, and automating processes.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Expertise financial modelling and working in handling large datasets.
  • Proficient in Excel (financial modelling), PowerPoint, and financial systems like SAP and HFM.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills, including concise presentations for executives.
