Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Pertemps are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join the dynamic Royal Mail Dearne Valley team and deliver outstanding support to their valued customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Updating customer records accurately using our internal systems
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to solve problems and improve the customer experience
  • Providing product and service information to help customers make informed decisions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management systems
Working Hours, Pay Rate & Other Info:
  • 5 hours 6 out of 7 days, with 1 rota’d day off in the week. Must be fully flexible to work ALL days
  • £12.97 per hour
  • The duration of the assignment will be roughly 12 weeks from the intake date
  • You will be based in the office full-time
  • We’re offering multiple intakes – 6th October, 13th October, 20th October and 3rd November
