Job Description
Are you a QTS Primary Teacher looking for a new opportunity at a welcoming and supportive school? Do you have experience teaching either year 5 or 6? This vibrant Ofsted “Good” primary school is looking to add an experienced Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to the team to teach either a Year 5 or Year 6 class. With excellent behaviour, and supportive staff, this is a wonderful opportunity for a Primary Teacher who is looking to make a lasting impact on the lives if pupils.
You will be working closely with the other Key Stage 2 Teachers to plan and deliver lessons that stretch and inspire pupils. Leaderships are supportive and will make you feel like part of the team from day one. A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum is essential for this role as this school has very high standards of teaching. This role requires a QTS Primary Teacher and is not suitable for an ECT.
Job role:
- Teaching either a Year 5 or 6 class.
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons for pupils.
- Taking part in whole school activities, trips and awards days.
- Managing the classroom effectively, promoting positive behaviours.
- Working alongside an experienced team of Primary Teachers and Teaching Assistants to deliver an outstanding education to all students.
- Excellent rates of pay – from day one.
- Support from a wonderful team and SLT.
- Teaching with limited need for behaviour management, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding lessons.
