Learning Support Assistant – Enfield – Immediate Start  
Are you passionate about education and ready to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide essential support to students and teachers across various subjects in a dynamic school environment. 
 
Position: Learning Support Assistant 
Pay: £90-£100 per day 
Location: Enfield 
Interview Date: ASAP 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects. 

• Help maintain classroom order, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment. 

• Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help with specific subjects or tasks. 

• Work closely with students to develop study skills, build confidence, and encourage a love for learning. 

• Assist teachers in preparing learning materials and organizing classroom resources. 

 
Requirements: 

• Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is desirable. 

• Recent graduate with a strong academic background. 

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

• Genuine passion for education and helping students succeed. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
