Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
Joining the Mental Health Team, your role will be to:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand service user’s mental health needs and diagnosing mental health conditions.
Developing and implementing care plans.
Responding to mental health crises and providing immediate support.
Working with other professionals and agencies to coordinate a range of services, including healthcare, housing, and social support.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, care plans, and interventions.

Essentials:

Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Mental Health Social Work Team.
Right to work in the UK.
