General Manager – £40 to 45k DOE - Birmingham

My client are culinary explorers of the extraordinary and are on the lookout for a like-minded General Manager for their newly opened city centre restaurant and cocktail bar. They are looking for a General Manager to deliver out-of-this-world experiences for their guests, with feel-good, fine dining food and expertly crafted drinks in one of the most captivating venues in Birmingham.

The successful General manager will need:

• Experience as a General manager in a fine dining setting
• A passion for authentic fresh food and exceptional service
• Experience working at senior management level
• To be fully accountability for all aspects of the business
• A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the same
• The ability to think on their feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bring
• To lead by example – inspiring, coaching and developing their team every day
• Full knowledge of financials
